Privacy policy

AirPulse, Inc. ("AirPulse") operates airpulsehq.com. This policy covers what this website collects and how we use it. A separate product privacy policy will govern the AirPulse monitoring service when it launches.

What we collect

• Early-access signups: your email address and the page you signed up from.
• Assessment requests: the details you submit in the form (name, email, company, building size, market, and your note).
• Basic server logs: our hosting and form infrastructure record IP-derived information for rate limiting and abuse prevention. We store a salted hash of your IP, not the IP itself, with form submissions.

What we do with it

We use your email to send you what you asked for: early-access updates (about one a month) or a reply to your assessment request. That's it.

What we will never do

• We don't sell your data. To anyone.
• We don't run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
• We don't add you to lists you didn't ask to join.

Your choices

Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your information at any time by writing to damian@airpulsehq.com.

Where it lives

Signup and assessment data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase and Vercel) in the United States, access limited to the people who need it to respond to you.
