ABOUT AIRPULSE

Built in the field, not in a deck.

AirPulse, Inc. builds equipment intelligence for the buildings the industry forgot: the ones under 100,000 square feet that will never have a building automation system, which is most buildings.

Why we exist

Every HVAC unit has a second price: not what you paid for it, but what it costs you every month to run. AirPulse exists because that price rises silently, and the industry's tools (a twenty-minute visit twice a year, alarms that only fire after the failure) miss the entire middle of the story, which is where the money goes. AirPulse watches each unit continuously against its own learned baseline, gives you phone control from day one, and tells you the moment a unit starts costing more than it should.

Who built it

AirPulse was built by a licensed NYC HVAC contractor who watched his own customers pay for degradation nobody could see, and ran it on their equipment first. His shop is now the first certified AirPulse Pro install partner in New York. AirPulse, Inc. is an independent company, sold direct to homeowners and building owners, installed through a growing network of certified Pro partners.

The honest promise

We're careful with our claims. We say "learns each unit's normal," not "deep learning." We anchor on the HVAC line, on numbers you can check: a dirty filter wastes 5-15% of an air conditioner's energy (U.S. DOE), a low refrigerant charge 10-20% of its efficiency (Downey & Proctor, ACEEE 2002). We don't quote whole-building averages we didn't measure. And we publish the subscription math either way: for most systems a 15% recovery scenario covers it, and where the case is thin, we say so.

Run it on your equipment first. We did.
