When the building trades or refinances, the mechanical due-diligence question is usually answered with an install-date list and an inspector's afternoon. Carbon you can measure and report
Every kilowatt-hour AirPulse recovers is CO2 avoided, computed with the LL97 grid coefficient (0.000288962 mtCO2e/kWh through 2029), timestamped per unit, and exportable. A 5-ton heat pump at 15% recovery avoids about 1.1 metric tons of CO2 a year; a 50-ton building about 11. That number lands in your LL97 filing and your ESG report in the exact units they use, measured, not estimated.
